About me

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from RMIT University, a Master’s in Teaching from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from Deakin University.

I started my career working with children with disabilities and additional needs, and later went into research and lecturing, mostly in the areas of children’s wellbeing and inclusive education. Then my personal experiences with endometriosis and adenomyosis led me back to my psychology roots.

With graduate qualifications in counselling, I now have full membership and registration with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

While supporting individuals with their mental health is my main focus, I feel it’s important that this work is done in conjunction with awareness-building and advocacy to affect broader change in society. So I do work in this space too, and actively support and collaborate with other mover and shakers doing the same. I am a leading member of the international Endo Violence Collective.
